2. Appointments & Cancellations
* All bookings are managed offline.
To ensure the highest level of service, we suggest booking your appointments in advance. We value your time and ask that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
3. Salon Etiquette
To maintain a relaxing environment for all our guests, we request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other clients.
